Moves & Meditation

With bioenergetic exercises in a fresh version, create energy in your body freely and increase your self-awareness. You can release tension and stress through various movements in which you breathe consciously. Together with meditation this helps you to be present with yourself and therefore also in your life.

  • Every working day from 7 a.m. to 7.30 a.m. online via Zoom

  • Mon, Wed and Fri from 08.30 to 09.00 online via Zoom

  • A recording in your inbox every day, so that you can do the exercises at a time of your choosing

  • You are more attuned to yourself and therefore to your environment

Worrying, worrying or planning, it all takes place in the head and can cause stress in the body. In busy times almost everyone is more lost in thought. You cannot change that flow of thoughts, but you can change the extent to which you go along with it. By moving and meditating more often, you train your mind to recognize signals from your body and to stay present with everything you encounter on a daily basis. The strength lies in repetition and you build up your own practice/routine.  

Live on Zoom every working day with trainer Anne Karen

Monday to Friday 07:00 AM to 07:30 AM. The session contains about 20 minutes of bio-energetic exercises and 10 minutes of sitting still/meditation.

You will receive the recording of the day in your inbox, so that you can also do the exercises at a time of your choosing.
